Parents ask me for product recommendations all the time, so I thought I’d put all of my favorites in one place to make them easy for you to find.
This page is dedicated to sleep and parenting products and resources that really will make your life easier. Really.

Good Night: Enchanting Story Visualizations With Sleepytime Music by Jim Weiss

Jim produced this recording personally for his daughter who had trouble falling asleep. Weiss has a series of audio stories but these two are for children and sleep:
Sleep Lady Lullaby CD and Dream Cards
My “Dream Cards” can help children feel in control of their dreams. The cards guide children through a progressive relaxation exercise and have several images for dream ideas such as a tree house, a beach scene, a field of flowers, and a rainbow. I based them on my experiences with creating dreams with my own daughters.
My CD (available as a download only) has the following:
-“We’re Pickin’ Up”- pick up your room song
-Background music for reading
-“You’re Perfect”- positive affirmation song
-Guided relaxation exercise
-“Stitch of Dreams”- soothing “go to sleep” song
-“Good Morning!”- wake up music to signal to the toddler when it is ok to get out of their bed and start the day.
My Dream Cards and lullaby CD “Sweetest Dreams” are not available for sale on my website. You can buy them both here for $29.95 by clicking here.
Please note that for some of the above resources, I do receive a commission if you make a purchase. While I do appreciate the money, I really do stand behind these products, and would recommend them, commission or not. I only recommend products and services that can truly help your family, or provide an excellent, cut-above, service.
