During your one-on-one call, you’ll speak with a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach about your child’s sleep challenges, ask your most important questions, and receive guidance tailored to your family’s situation.
Our certified coaches help families with children from birth through 6 years old. You’ll choose the appropriate coaching option based on your child’s age, whether they’re a newborn (0–5 months) or a child between 6 months and 6 years old.
The initial coaching call is designed to provide guidance and answer your questions. If you and your coach determine that ongoing support would be beneficial, they may recommend a personalized sleep coaching package.
