Sleep Coaching Packages for Newborns to 5 months

Bringing a newborn home is magical but can be overwhelming, especially with sleep. 

We don’t believe in sleep training babies under 4 months old but instead will recommend Baby-Led Sleep Shaping techniques to help you create a healthy sleep foundation while also improving sleep.

If your baby is 4-5 months old, your GSC will assess whether your baby is ready for any gentle approaches, and if so, will provide several gentle approaches…none of which will ask you to leave your baby to cry it out alone!

Intended for families with babies from 0- up to 7 Months of age who need guidance and support during the first months of their baby’s life and would like to make sure they set the foundations for good sleep.

 This ongoing support will help you stay on track when it comes to their sleep, with the goal of having your baby sleep independently by 7 months old

Is my baby too young for sleep coaching?

For babies under 4 months, the focus is on Baby-Led Sleep Shaping®, not traditional sleep training. Your coach will help you establish healthy sleep habits, age-appropriate routines, and soothing techniques that support your baby’s natural development.

If your baby is 4–5 months old, your Certified Gentle Sleep Coach will assess your baby’s development and determine whether they’re ready for gentle sleep coaching techniques. If they are, you’ll receive a personalized approach that never relies on leaving your baby to cry alone.
Newborn coaching can provide guidance for common concerns such as frequent night wakings, short naps, difficulty settling, needing constant rocking or bouncing, pacifier dependence, and challenges with being placed down to sleep.
Your coach will begin by learning about your baby’s sleep patterns, routines, feeding, and family goals. From there, you’ll receive individualized guidance, practical resources, and ongoing support designed specifically for your family’s needs.
Yes. Depending on the package you choose, your coach will provide customized recommendations, written guidance, and continued support to help you build healthy sleep habits with confidence.
