Note: $50 for additional child. Coaching must begin within 10 days after the consultation, and families must be able to follow naps and sleeping schedules.

Before You Begin Your Sleep Coaching Journey

How do I know if my child is ready for sleep coaching?

Most healthy children from 6 months to 6 years old can benefit from gentle sleep coaching. If bedtime has become a struggle, your child wakes frequently during the night, resists naps, or relies on rocking, feeding, or other sleep associations, coaching can help build healthy, independent sleep habits.

Our coaches support families with a wide range of sleep concerns, including bedtime resistance, frequent night wakings, short or skipped naps, early morning waking, sleep regressions, crib-to-bed transitions, and toddlers who repeatedly leave their bed at night.

The Sleep Lady’s method is based on the Sleep Lady Shuffle®, a gentle, responsive approach that teaches children to fall asleep independently while maintaining a comforting parent-child connection. It is designed as an alternative to traditional cry-it-out methods.

Yes. Your coach will review your family’s sleep history and goals before your consultation, then provide customized recommendations and guidance tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and unique sleep challenges.
Every child is different, but many families begin seeing positive changes within the first week or two when they consistently follow their personalized sleep plan. Your coach will continue supporting you and making adjustments as needed throughout your coaching package.
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive a comprehensive consultation, a personalized sleep plan, follow-up coaching sessions, educational resources, and ongoing support to help you stay on track throughout your child’s sleep journey.
Yes. Whether your child falls asleep while being rocked, fed, held, or needs a parent nearby, your coach will guide you through gradual, age-appropriate changes that encourage independent sleep without abrupt transitions.
