About Me: As a certified postpartum doula and a UCSD trained lactation counselor and educator, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. I am a proud mother of three amazing daughters and a grandmother to eight wonderful granddaughters, which has given me a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of parenthood and grandparenthood.

In addition to my doula and lactation services, I have expanded my practice to include sleep coaching, a discipline that has been a transformative addition to my professional repertoire. My family and I have been ardent followers of Kim and the Gentle Sleep Coaching (GSC) method since 2005, and I am excited to share the benefits of this approach with other families.
