The Top 17 Most Common Sleep Questions…Answered

Kim West, MSW, Mom of 2, creator of The Sleep Lady Shuffle

Have you heard of Kids in the House? It’s a great parenting resource, built upon the idea that there IS no parenting manual, and everyone is looking for answers. I am honored to be part of this amazing project. Their website contains literally thousands of 60-second (or less) videos on the topics that you are wondering about. Sometimes you don’t have time to read a blog post, or just want a quick answer (or even reassurance that you’re doing everything right), which is why I’ve included all 17 of my 45-60 second videos here for you to view!

My baby sleep video topics include  some of the top questions that I receive from parents, just like you. In these videos, I’ll cover a myriad of baby and toddler sleep issues, including naps, sleeping with noise, crying, early rising, sleep training, and even travel. I love that each topic is quick, concise, and answers a specific question. I’ve split the videos into two sections for easy and quick viewing. I hope that you find these videos helpful!

My name is Kim West, and I’m the mother of two beautiful girls, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been a practicing child and family therapist for more than 21 years, and the creator of the original gentle, proven method to get a good night’s sleep for you and your child. My sleep journey began when I started experimenting with gently shaping my daughter’s sleep by not following the conventional wisdom at the time. After having success (and then more success with my second daughter!), I began helping family and friends and my step-by-step method spread like wildfire, exactly like an excellent night of sleep for a tired parent should!
